Issue 2: Baja

Our Spring '22 issue found us exploring the beautiful Mexican states of Baja California and Baja California Sur through tacos on Tijuana streets, diving into the divine seafood of Ensenada, spelunking a beautiful cheese cave in the hills of Ojos Negros, quaffing world-class wine in the eerily misty vineyards of Valle de Guadalupe, and cooking (and drinking plenty of Mezcal) with new friends in the southern town of Todos Santos. Through food, drink, and the people who create them, this issue explores the cultural richness of the Baja Peninsula.
